Who is responsible for your data?
The data controller is Falc'Ohm System ASBL, a non-profit association under Belgian law, company number 0744.675.235, with its registered office at Rue des Croix du Feu 4, 1473 Glabais, Belgium.
For any question about your data, write to us at contact@falcohmsystem.com.
The contact and hire request forms
The contact form collects the subject of your message, your name, your e-mail address, your phone number if you choose to give it, and your message.
The hire request form collects the system you want, the date, the type of event, the venue, the extra services, your name or your collective's, your e-mail address and your optional message.
This data is only used to answer your request. The website's server passes it to nestohm.com, the association's management tool, which e-mails it to us and sends you a confirmation copy of your message. These e-mails go through the Brevo sending service. Your data is not stored in any database and is never used for marketing.
To limit abusive submissions, each server keeps the number of submissions per IP address in memory for a few minutes, then forgets it.
Audience measurement
If you accept it in the cookie banner ("Analytics" category), the website uses Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Limited, to count page views and sent forms. Without your consent, no Google script is loaded.
Google Analytics then sets cookies (including "_ga") and processes technical browsing data (pages viewed, device type, approximate location). This data may be processed by Google outside the European Union.
You can withdraw your consent at any time with the "Cookie preferences" button at the bottom of every page.
What the website keeps in your browser
The website saves in your browser's local storage your cookie choice (for six months at most) and the language you picked. This information stays on your device and is not sent to us.
On what basis?
The forms rely on our legitimate interest in answering the people who write to us and, for a hire request, on the pre-contractual steps taken at your request (GDPR article 6(1)(b) and (f)). Audience measurement relies on your consent (GDPR article 6(1)(a)).
For how long?
Messages and requests received by e-mail are kept as long as needed to answer them and follow up the exchange, at most three years after our last contact, then deleted.
Google Analytics data is kept for the period set in the association's account.
Who receives your data?
Only the members of the association in charge of answering requests read your messages. Our technical providers (website hosting, sending and receiving e-mail) process them on our behalf. Google receives the audience measurement data if you accepted it. Your data is never sold or transferred.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, its correction, its erasure, the restriction of its processing, object to its processing and ask for its portability. You can withdraw your consent at any time. Write to us at contact@falcohmsystem.com: we answer within one month.
You can also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Autorité de protection des données), rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels (www.dataprotectionauthority.be).
